At The Grange Country House, we understand that coming to terms with the loss of a loved one is always an incredibly difficult time. Our experienced and compassionate team are here to support you, taking care of every detail of your funeral reception so you can focus on what truly matters — being with family and friends.

 

Set within a private and exclusive country house, The Grange offers a peaceful, respectful setting for remembrance. From the moment your guests arrive, our staff will be on hand to assist with car parking and guest coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly and discreetly.

 

We offer 40 private on-site parking spaces, with an additional 80 spaces conveniently located just outside the venue on Rickmansworth Road.

 

We are able to accommodate between 20 and 200 guests, making The Grange suitable for both intimate gatherings and larger memorial receptions. Our team provides full coordination, including professional staffing, catering, and tasteful décor, allowing you to feel confident that every detail is handled with care, dignity, and efficiency.

 

To create a truly personal tribute, we can provide customised music playlists played throughout the venue, as well as a television for displaying a photo slideshow, giving families the opportunity to share memories and celebrate the life of their loved one in a meaningful way.

 

At The Grange, our priority is to offer a calm, supportive, and thoughtfully managed environment where family and friends can come together in comfort to honour, remember, and reflect.

We are pleased to offer a selection of rooms to suit your event requirements and guest numbers. Henley Hall provides an intimate setting ideal for smaller gatherings, while our Orangery-style marquee offers a bright, elegant space perfectly suited to larger events.
We also offer guided walkthroughs to showcase the available spaces and help you choose the most suitable option.

A selection of freshly prepared finger sandwiches, warm scones with clotted cream

and preserves, along with a variety of cakes and fresh pastries.

The classic selection of sandwiches served with Afternoon Tea include;

cucumber, egg mayonnaise with cress, smoked salmon with cream cheese,

coronation chicken and ham with mustard.

Accompanied with a selection of tea.
